A short weekly meeting gives everyone a regular time to be heard and to plan the week ahead. Pick the parts you want, like appreciations, the calendar, a chore check-in or a problem to solve together, and set how long each one gets.
The agenda prints with ruled space for notes, a place to write down decisions and who does what, and a short box of tips for running the meeting. Add your own items too.
